Photos taken in 1938, photographer Bruce Mozertom near the coast of Florida Silver Springs. Over the 45 years he has done photos coast of Florida and its inhabitants. He actually was one of the pioneers of underwater photography.

I really appreciate the thought that the photographer had in mind while setting up the shots. Truly an original idea for sure.
Hardly photoshopped. Look at the pictures - they have that soft look to them that signifies 35mm film. It’s not a CMOS or CCD sensor.
Besides, look at the signs of the times. Photos of the “American Life” abound. The bathing suits are from the 50’s. So does the air conditioner in the window shot.
